Hydraulic Control Valves

Control Valves are critical parts of a precision irrigation system, controlling water flow, regulating pressure and flow, providing pressure relief and ensuring optimal operation of the system.
Heavy Duty Plastic Construction
Our control valves are manufactured from heavy duty plastic ideal for use in irrigation and industrial applications.
Threaded or Flanged
Supplied with a BSP thread in sizes 25, 40, 50 and 80mm, and with a rotating flange for sizes 50, 80, 100 and 150mm.
Control Options
Available as manual orwith electric 24VAC or 12V pulse actuators. optionally fitted with pressure reducing, pressure regulating, pressure sustaining or pressure relief pilots

Motorized Control Valves

Motorized control valves can be fitted to butterfly and ball type valves and are used to control the direction or regulate the rate of flow. Ideal for process control and waste water applications.
Valve Options
Our motorized actuators integrate with common Cast Iron, Stainless Steel and PVC butterfly valves and 2-way and 3-way Ball Type Valves.
Actuator Voltages
Suitable for use with 230V/1PH ,380V/3PH AC and 12/24VDC power supply, producing High torque up to 4000Nm.
Actuator Types
Motorized Actuators are available in 3 control formats. On/Off Type - 90 degree rotation. signal control and manual override. Modulating Type - Adjust open/close angle from 0 to 90 degree, signal control and manual override. Intelligent Type - Adjust open/close angle from 0 to 90 degree. LED display screen to allow you check the open/close angle easier, signal control and manual override.

Air Release Valves

Air Release Valves are important componenets in a pressurized system, they maintain system design efficiency and provide system protection. System efficiency is maintained by venting air via the air valves from the system that can restrict flow and increase pumping costs. They work by exhausting and admitting air through the air valves during system operations including start-up, shutdown, and critical conditions such as power failures or line breaks. The exhausting and admitting of air during these conditions will reduce the potential for destructive surges and water hammer normally associated with uncontrolled air or a vacuum condition within the system.

Air Valves are supplied with a BSPM thread and available in sizes 15, 20, 25 and 50mm
