Automatic Filtration
Water filtration is very important to any irrigation system, appropriate filtration can help to extend the life and improve the maintenance of any irrigation system.
Automatic Disc Type Filters
Our modular filtration system is designed for easy capacity expansion and plug-and-play installation.
Proved disc technology provides superior filtration in most applications.
A fast and efficient backflush system keeps the unit optimal operating condition and saves on operating costs.
Units are pre-assembled complete with controller, backflush valves and stand.
Media Type Filters
Sand or media filtration is a common type of water filtration, using multiple layers of different media.
Each filter has several stacked layers of media with the densest media at the bottom and lighter media at the top.
The multi-media filter is used to pretreat the water and ensure the effectiveness of the water treatment process.
The filters are commonly used to reduce the levels of silt and total suspended solids.
Semi Automatic Filters
Semi-automatic screen filters are designed for quick and efficient manual cleaning of irrigation filters.
Our semi-automatic filters are the perfect solution for agriculture filtration and fertigation systems.
Semi automatic water filters are cleaned by simply turning the handle cleaning mechanism of the filter screen. They require low maintenance, and no need to turn off the water or extract the screen for cleaning.
Manual Filters
Manual Disc Filters
Disc filters are ideal for removing both particulates, like sand, and organic matter. A disc filter consists of a stack of round discs, each one is covered with raised serrations that look like the quills of a feather and work by trapping the particulates in the spaces between them.
Cleaning of the filter, discs are separated from each other which frees the debris to be flushed out through a flush outlet.
Manual Screen Filters
A screen filter is a type of filtration using a rigid or flexible screen to separate sand and other fine particles out of water for irrigation or industrial applications.
Typical screen materials include stainless steel, polypropylene, nylon and polyester meshes.
Hydrocyclones
Hydrocyclone Seperators
Hydrocyclone Centrifugal Separators also known as sand separators or centrifugal filters are used primarily for removing particulates, such as sand, from the water.
Ideal for situations where free sand is present in the water as they don't clog up nearly as quickly as other types of filters. The raw water enters the filter where it is swirled around the inside of a cylinder. The centrifugal force causes the heavy particles to move to the outside edge of the cylinder where they gradually slide down the side to a holding tank at the bottom. Hydrocyclone Separators are well priced, simple to use, and very effective for removing heavy particles from water.
